Used to love going here to get Pokemon cards because it was a lowkey place and it was retail price. Now they’re just corporate scalpers and tell you since they are privately owned they can change the prices in-store. Even if you place an online order for pickup they cancel the order because the price online is true retail and not there 40-50% price gouging. They have lost themselves a long-term customer, I’ll even take my hardware shopping to another store.

This review could have been very different but the Management exercised great judgement and business acumen in taking a return that the return policy could've arguably rejected. I bought a hose that specified on the container a 3/4 of an inch "flowthrough rate" - in those words; When I got home and opened the hose packaging (which was damn near impossible and ended up ripping the plastic lid in half) I noticed that it had a 3/4 inch hose adapter which is standard, but then reduced down to a tiny MAYBE 1/4 inch diameter rubber tube with clothe around it. The flow through was absolutely horrible. I thought maybe it would expand to a 3/4 flow through, it did expand when the sprayer was disabled (causing pressure to build) but would immediately shrink when using the sprayer/hose. My wife took it back as the high flow rate is the entire reason I bought it and was initially told that they couldn't take it back because they couldn't re-sell it (as a result of the package lid ripping when I was struggling to open it - She called, I explained that they were selling a product that wasn't representative of the specs advertised and they initially said no again so I told her to just forget it

I went here this morning and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly woman. After explaining my problem she radioed John to come and help me. He was so knowledgeable and thorough. After explaining that I hoped to find a bolt to reattach the seat to the base of a swivel chair for my autistic grandson, John spent more than several minutes finding just the right bolt to securely do the job. Once he double checked everything was just right, he put the bolt and washer on and tightened it up for me. He was helpful, thorough and kind without being the least condescending. It may seem a simple thing but it was very meaningful to me - this piece of equipment is very calming for my darling boy so it is a big deal to our family.
